Guenter Hallwachs

Intellectual Property Lawyer

Studied law at the LMU in Munich with emphasis on commercial and competition law. He was an intern at a law firm in Orlando, Florida and has been admitted to practice as a lawyer since 1995. He was an executive of the Zentrale zur Bekämpfung Unlauteren Wettbewerbs (Center for Combating Unfair Competition) from 1996 to 2001.

He joined Manitz, Finsterwald & Partner in 2001 and has specialized in trademark law, design law and competition law.
