Dr. Gerhart Manitz

Dipl.-Phys.

Studied physics at the University of Freiburg with main emphasis on optics, electronics, solid state physics and mechanics. He received his doctorate in 1959 in the area of solid state physics and has worked in the field of intellectual property since 1960.

He was a member of the Examination Commissions for German and European Patent Attorneys for many years and was an honorary judge at the senate for matters relating to patent attorneys at the Higher District Court in Munich from 1989 to 1997. He is admitted to practice as a European and German Patent Attorney.
